We offer a wide range of amenities at Columbia Center Heights Executive Suites. In addition to our conference rooms, we also offer:

  • Hard-line internet connection included at no additional cost (one line per suite rental).
  • Telephone line with voicemail included at no additional cost (one line per suite rental).
  • Our Front Desk Receptionist is available to greet and direct your clients. She can also serve as a member of your business team by providing telephone and/or scheduling services. An additional fee for phone answering and scheduling.
  • 16 hours of conference room time available with each suite at no additional cost
  • VOiP phone system allows for many different options. Check with staff for description of services.
  • Private fax connection available in your suite via an analog connection. A telephone line charge and set-up fee will apply.
  • Outgoing mail services such as regular, registered, or certified mail – no markup on cost.
  • UPS, and Fed Ex couriers available.
  • Use of high-speed copy/scanner/laser printer and fax machines, both black & white or color, at a per page charge.
  • Kitchenettes available on each floor with free coffee & water.
  • Restrooms available on each floor
  • Janitorial service included
  • Secure storage cabinets consisting of a locking upper cabinet and a four drawer locking legal size file cabinet below. Also locked cabinets and cupboards for storage. Per month charge.
